Arena District Steak Escape Sandwich Grill to start scrambling breakfast
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Starting July 29, the Steak Escape Sandwich Grill in Columbus’s Arena District will serve breakfast.
The new breakfast items are a morning-time take on what the Sandwich Grill already offers. Like the sandwiches, salads and veggie bowls that can be ordered during lunch and throughout the afternoon, customers will have the chance to customize their breakfast with a variety of toppings such as cheese, fresh veggies and sauces.
The Arena District Sandwich Grill will serve breakfast from 7 to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays. The move to expand operational times and offer sizzlin’ breakfast items will cater to the large amount of urban professionals working in the Arena District every day.
The Sandwich Grill is the next generation of Steak Escape. The Arena District restaurant has the personality of a food truck, without the wheels. The Sandwich Grill format allows customers to interact with employees face-to-face and be part of the food preparation experience.
Customers can choose from the classic Steak Escape cheesesteaks and grilled sandwiches that they have grown to love, or they can build their own sandwiches, salads and baked potatoes choosing from a variety of meats (grilled steak, chicken, or turkey), fresh grilled vegetables, and sauces. With more fresh options available and shorter wait times, the Sandwich Grill’s new urban-industrial feel allows customers to eat as healthy as they want.
Originator of the mall-based cheesesteak, quick serve concept, Steak Escape prides itself on fresh-grilled cheesesteaks, fresh-cut fries, grilled sandwiches, smashed potatoes and grilled salads. Established in 1982 in Columbus, Ohio, the Steak Escape franchise has grown to include nearly 100 locations in the United States, Mexico and the Middle East, and is looking to open locations in China and Japan.
