Diamond Hill Investment Group (NASDAQ:DHIL) has signed a 10-year extension of its lease on 21,000 square feet at 325 McConnell Blvd. in Columbus. The company is taking an additional 17,000 square feet to accommodate the consolidation of its Beacon Hill Fund Services Inc. from Clintonville later this year.
