Columbus Business Firstreported that a 610-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment will run $995 while a 1,290-square-foot, two-bedroom unit will cost $1,995 a month. The largest one-bedroom apartment will feature 880 square feet of space while the smallest two-bedroom will have 1,050 square feet. The 120 unites are set to open by the end of the year.
“We think that’s pretty comparable to what we already have in the Arena District,” Nationwide Realty President Brian Ellis told Business First. “We think our locations are exemplary and (are) where people want to be.”
