Parks Edge Condos to Range from $427K to $1.3M

March 1, 2016

The new twelve-story Parks Edge Condo building may sit in the shadow of the taller North Bank Condos next door, but the pricing of the new luxury units will not be lessened. Nationwide Realty Investors announced today that the 15 floorplans designed for the new building will range in price from $427,000 to $1,345,000.
“Parks Edge will provide outstanding amenities, and some of the best views of the downtown skyline and river front,” said NRI President and COO Brian Ellis. “We have had a tremendous response since announcing the project and are excited to begin the sales process.”
The 69 units in the building will range in size from 1,500 square feet to 3,200 square feet. Custom units can also be created by combining two or more units for even larger living spaces.
Those standard prices equate to a range of $284 to $420 per square foot, which is on the higher end for Columbus, where — according to Trulia.com — the current average price for homes sold city-wide is $89 per square foot. Of course, the Parks Edge prices are a steal compared to larger markets such as Chicago, where the average Downtown condo sells for $406 per square foot, or Manhattan, where the average condo sells between $2,250 and $2,303 per square foot.
Construction at Parks Edge recently broke ground, and the project is scheduled for a Spring 2017 completion. Two additional residential buildings are planned on sites adjacent to the building, with details to be announced as future phases.
