Nationwide Realty Investors will take the gravel surface lot at 154 Vine St. and turn it into One Twenty Vine – a seven-story, 242-unit apartment complex spanning two buildings.
NRI President Brian Ellis, speaking to the Downtown Commission, said the project is a continuation of Nationwide Realty’s redevelopment of the old Hamilton Parker brickyard site.
Nationwide Realty opened Two Twenty Vine last year. It has 124 apartments located just west of the One Twenty Vine site.
