Hi, friends!

A couple of months ago Fred & I tried Nada for the first time. I posted about it on Instagram and showed a lot of pictures on my IG stories, but we got so many photos that I wanted to create a post for you guys! We had such a fun date night there and the food was absolutely incredible. If you’re a Columbus local, or you’re visiting, I highly recommend Nada!

Their staff was so catering to us. They made us feel at home right away. They even went above and beyond to help Fred and I capture the shots that we wanted! Our server, Zane was awesome and he made sure everything was prepared exactly how we liked it. He gave us great food and drink selections, based off of our unique preferences.

Keep scrollin’ to see all of the food we ordered! We tried a lot of plates!

Here is what we ordered:

Drinks
* Ginger Soda
* Sangria Roja

Appetizers
* Chips & Salsa
* Guacamole
* Custom Queso

Tacos
* Chicken Al Carbon
* Baja Fish

Desserts
* Butterscotch Flan
* Caramelized Vanilla Bean Cheesecake
* Churros

Drinks: I’ve always wanted to try a ginger soda, so that’s what I ordered! Fred loved the Sangria Roja, which was red wine + brandy + cinnamon + cranberry + orange soda.

Appetizers: We loved the chips and salsa and there were 3 salsa flavors to choose from
(all mouthwateringly good):

– fire-roasted tomato ancho salsa
– jalapeño salsa verde
– habanero “kreeper” salsa

The guacamole was so good, made with avocado + lime + tomatillo + crudité.
& If you get ONE thing while you’re there and that’s it, get the CUSTOM QUESO. I repeat get the CUSTOM QUESO! It was the best queso I’ve ever had, hands down and I loveee me some queso.
You can add in any of these items:

– kreeper salsa
– avocado
– rajas [peppers & onions]
– braised pork
– crispy pork belly
– grilled chicken
– tinga [braised chorizo chicken]

We choose avocado and grilled chicken.

Tacos: I loved the Chicken Al Carbon tacos! I prefer chicken to beef in my tacos. The Chicken Al Carbon had black bean purée + pico de gallo + guacamole + chihuahua cheese. Fred got the Baja Fish tacos which had beer-battered hake + guacamole + lime cabbage + pico de gallo.

Desserts: In my opinion, the desserts were the absolute best part (no surprise here :p).
The butterscotch flan is perfection and it had a toasted coconut cream in it that I just loved. The caramelized vanilla bean cheesecake and the churros were delicious too! You need to try all three!
