Katy Perry set to roar onto Columbus Stage

Katy Perry is set to bring her Prismatic World Tour to Columbus this summer, much to the excitement of many of her fans in Central Ohio.
David Redelberger, the director of interactive marketing for Nationwide Arena, commented on Perry’s announcement.
“We are thrilled to have Katy Perry coming to Nationwide Arena,” Redelberger said. “We had her come to the Schottenstein Center a couple of years ago, so we were excited to bring her show back to Columbus at Nationwide Arena.”
The last time Katy Perry performed in Columbus was at the Schottenstein Center Sept. 13, 2011.
The “Roar” singer is scheduled to perform at Columbus’ Nationwide Arena Aug. 13 with Grammy-nominated country artist Kacey Musgraves as her opening act.
