EXPRESS announces they bought the naming rights of the LC

January 27, 2016

EXPRESS just announced the exclusive naming rights to Columbus’ premier concert destination in the Arena District. Effective immediately, the venue, formerly known as the LC Pavilion, will be known as EXPRESS LIVE!
By naming the venue EXPRESS LIVE!, EXPRESS builds upon an existing four-year relationship with PromoWest Productions, the largest full-service, independently owned and operated Midwest entertainment company. The strategic union deepens EXPRESS’ support for this live concert venue, which is a pop culture destination for touring artists, fans and EXPRESS customers alike.
“At EXPRESS we believe that fashion and music go hand in hand” said David Kornberg, President and CEO at EXPRESS. “EXPRESS LIVE! gives us another opportunity to engage EXPRESS shoppers and deliver an exceptional concert experience with the most relevant names in music today, in our hometown of Columbus.”
“We’ve had an extremely successful partnership with EXPRESS over the last four years, which grew organically to include the venue’s VIP Lounge and fan focused events. We’re looking forward to taking this next step,” said Scott Stienecker, President and CEO of PromoWest Productions.
As the first indoor and outdoor concert venue in America, the new EXPRESS LIVE! features state-of-the-art lighting and acoustical systems. The location entertains over 300,000 people and hosts more than 110 events every year, including the upcoming Ellie Goulding, The 1975 and Vance Joy concerts.
Music plays an integral role in the identity and social interactions of EXPRESS shoppers, who follow an influx of artists on social media. Attending a performance at the newly named EXPRESS LIVE! venue offers the ultimate connection and experience for a true fan. EXPRESS will continue to partner with PromoWest Productions on customized programming and events.
