Exclusive: Major CRE brokerage moving to Arena District

Central Ohio’s second-largest commercial real estate brokerage is moving its main Columbus office to the Arena District.

JLL will relocate its downtown office from a Capitol Square space at 65 E. State St. to a large block of space in the Nationwide Arena office building at 375 N. Front St. The firm will take the space August 12.

“We’ve been growing substantially over the past few years and it got to the point we were looking,” said Dan Wendorf, managing director for JLL in Columbus. “This space gives us the retail amenities, the vibe walking around there and accessibility for our clients and employees.”
