Commercial Real Estate Brokerage to Join Chipotle in Arena District Building

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus and Millichap is moving to the Arena District. Marcus and Millichap will join Chipotle in Nationwide Realty Investors’ new building at 500 Neil Ave. The move will be effective Monday.
Marcus and Millichap’s new 9,200-square-foot first floor office will have more communal spaces than the firm’s old space at 230 West St., said Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the Columbus office. The brokerage needed to move because the company has grown, mostly in the past three years, and wanted to be in a newer space.
The new space will be more modern and have exposed, lofted ceilings, Fitzgerald said. “It’s like a blank slate.”
It was important for the company to stay in the Arena District because of the amenities it provides, like a short walk to the North Market or Starbucks.
