Arnold Sports Festival

Get Pumped, The Arnold is back! From body builders to weightlifting, meet and greets, fitness expo and more. The 2019 Arnold Sports Festival and the world-renowned Arnold Classic bodybuilding championships, a four-day health and fitness celebration include a record 80 sports and events February 28-March 3, 2019 in Columbus, Ohio.

Arnold Sports Festival MMA
Friday, March 1 | EXPRESS LIVE! | 6:30 PM
The Arnold Sports Festival returns to Columbus next week, and EXPRESS LIVE! is hosting some of the biggest events of the week–including the 8th annual Pro / Am MMA Festival, featuring the Iron Tiger Fight Series, on Friday, March 1. This epic night will be stacked with some of the region’s best professional and amateur MMA fighters, all competing for two championship titles.
Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Pittsburgh Penguins
Tuesday, February 26 | Nationwide Arena | 7 PM
Hoping to catch a Columbus Blue Jackets game at Nationwide Arena this week? You’re in luck—there’s not one, not two, not three but four chances to see them! The action starts Tuesday with a home game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

To round out the Arnold Sports Festival, fans and athletes alike will be partying the night away at EXPRESS LIVE! on Saturday, March 2, during the 2019 Party with the Pros: Official After-Party for the Arnold Classic. This star-studded celebration will feature drinks, music, dancing, star-gazing and world-class entertainment. You may even get a chance to rub elbows with Arnold Schwarzenegger himself!
Foodies
The Half Pint
Open up and say Ahhhhnold! The Half Pint in the Arena District will be serving up a protein-packed Shrimpy Burger this week: signature burger, with grilled shrimp, sundried tomato mayo, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon crumbles, on a lettuce bun (or Brioche by request). $15

You Me at Six w/ DREAMERS and machineheart
Thursday, February 28 | A&R Music Bar | 7 PM
Coming all the way from across the pond on their VI tour, English rock band You Me at Six will be jamming the night away at A&R Music Bar this Thursday. They will be joined by New York pop rock trio, DREAMERS, and Los Angeles synth pop band, machineheart.
