One of Central Ohio’s largest commercial real estate brokerages is moving its Columbus office to a new downtown location.
CBRE has signed a lease for 19,500 square feet on the fifth floor of 10 W. Nationwide Blvd. in the Arena District, the company announced Tuesday.
The office will showcase CBRE‘s Workplace360 program, which incorporates new technology and collaborative spaces into the design.
