Two new companies are moving to the Arena District, citing the amenities of the neighborhood.
Epstein Becker & Green PC will open a 13,351-square-foot office on a half-floor at 250 West St. for its first local location in Columbus. It expects to relocate in September.
“We are really excited for our new space,” Jennifer Nelson Carney, managing partner for EBG’s Ohio offices, said in an email. “It is larger than our current, temporary space and will house all of our Central Ohio EBG team.”

“We love the vibrancy of the Arena District, and the 250 West space overlooking McFerson Commons felt like the right fit for our team as soon as we toured,” she said.
EBG is a national law firm based in New York City with 18 offices in the U.S. The firm decided to open a local office because it saw the growth potential in the market. EBG mainly pursues healthcare, life sciences, workforce management and litigation opportunities.
Global architecture and engineering firm DLR Group will open a 4,635-square-foot office at 250 West St. as well. The Omaha, Nebraska-based firm is moving from a coworking space at 629 N. High St. because it’s business is expanding in Central Ohio. It is expected to move in July.
