The District's Neighborhood Bar. The R Bar Arena originally opened with the idea of creating a local establishment feel in the middle of a major sporting event district. Located at 415 N. Front Street in the retail space of Arena Crossing Apartments, and owned by three hockey fans. R Bar has taken shape as the local neighborhood bar with a great hockey vibe. This popular neighborhood bar was previously located at 300 Marconi Blvd. and will bring the same uniqueness to their new location with more space to accommodate a Blue Jackets game night crowd or their regular neighborhood patrons.
