Ohio Junior Blue Jackets

The Ohio Junior Blue Jackets recently announced the hockey operations will be moved to Columbus starting in the 2007-2008 season. Although it will be the 2nd season for the Junior Blue Jackets, this will be the first living in the Columbus area. That being said, we are seeking billet families for our players for the upcoming season. In many respects, becoming a billet family is similar to hosting a foreign exchange student, but without the potential language barrier. It is an enriching experience for all involved, as local families help young men develop as athletes, students and citizens. A monthly stipend is offered to host families to help defray additional food costs incurred. Players will require safe, clean housing from early September until the end of the season (April or May).
