Yoga Immersion: In this six-week immersion, Ashtanga yoga - emphasis on forward bends, not only trims the waist and midsection, but brings tremendous attention to the organs of digestion so that the student becomes acutely aware of their nutrition, and naturally takes on healthier habits as a result. Class size is limited to eight (8) students.

Pilates for Golf: Improve your golf game with this 4-week, eight 60-minute session package. March 18th - April 17th (No classes will be held Easter week). Space is limited to nine (9) participants.
